Annual Fall Festival
Jackson Township Volunteer
Firemen’s Second Annual Fall Fes-
tival will be held Saturday, Octo-
ber 15 at the Trucksville Fire
House.
A turkey dinner will be served
from 4:30 on and farm produce do-
nated by residents of Jackson
Township will be for sale and auc-
tioned off in the evening. Another
fine turkey dinner is being planned
and tickets are on sale at the pre-
sent time by members of the fire
department. /
Col. Norman Smith is general
chairman with Alden Wagner being
chairman of the supper committee
again. Vernon Cease, Bob Culp,
and Laing Coolbaugh have charge
of the tickets, Harold Bertram,
Den Bonning and Lou Wilcox are
heading the solicitation committee
