on Saturday afternoon at 3.
Rev. Robert Wood of Carverton
performed the double ring cere-
mony before an altar banked with
palms and white flowers. Mrs, Al-
lan Albrecht played the wedding
music and accompanied the soloist,
Mrs. Harold Seiple.
The bride, given in marriage by
her brother, Leon VanTuyle, wore
a gown of white marquisette with
portrait neckline, fitted bodice, and
long pointed sleeves. The wide
bertha collar and bouffant skirt
entrain were trimmed with self
cording and ruching, Her finger-
tip veil of illusion fell from a
sweeheart halo of pleated illusion
trimmed with pearls. She carried
a bouquet of white rosebuds, white
carnations and baby’s breath.
Mrs. William Deitrich of Reading,
matron of honor, wore a gown of
white dotted ninon over pink
taffeta with a matching sash tied

large horsehair picture hat trim-
med with pink taffeta, and match-
ing gauntlets. Her bouquet was of

Grace Ambler of Abington, Miss
Jane Dymond, of West Pittston and
Miss Pearlla Stevenson of Chester,
were attired in matching gowns of
white dotted ninon over aqua.

caried pink rosebuds and yellow
carnations.
William S. Davis of Huntington,
classmate of the bridegroom at

man. Ushers were George Dymond
of Orange, cousin of the bride;
Ronal Crisman of Kenmore and
John Coleman of West Pittston,
cousins of the bridegroom.
The mother of the bride selected
a toast lace trimmed dress with
eggshell accessories and a corsage
of orchids. The mother of the bride-
groom chose a pink brocaded chi-
ffon dress with white accessories
and wore an orchid corsage.
