{ vember 17, 1948, imposing a tax for
general revenue purposes on the
provilege of the mining, stripping,
preparing or selling of coal within
the geographical confines of the
School District of the Twp. of King-
ston, at the rate of ten (10c) cents
per ton for each and every ton of
any and all such coal so mined,
stripped, prepared or sold; estab-
lishing an amusement or admission
tax on any and all amusements
conducted within the geographical

rate of ten (10%) per centum on
the proceeds of any and all amuse-
ment fees or admision fees; estab-
lishing an amusement tax on all
coin operated amusement machines
or devices operated within the geo-
graphical confines of the School
District of the Township of Kings-
ton at the rate of Twenty-five
($25.00) . Dollars per year on each
and every coin operated machine
or device; establishing an amuse-
ment or admission tax on all non-
coin operated amusement machines
