HOLDING OF AN ELECTION
FOR THE PURPOSE OF OB-
TAINING THE ASSENT OF THE
ELECTORS TO THE INCREASE
OF INDEBTEDNESS OF THE
SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE

The Board of School Directors
of the School District of the Town-
ship of Kingston, in the County of
Luzerne and State of Pennsylvania,
having by its vote expressed and
signified a desire to increase the
indebtedness of said School Dis-
trict in the sum of Fifty Thousand
($50,000.00) Dollars to an amount
exceeding two per centum and not
exceeding seven per centum upon
the last preceding assessed valuation
of taxable property in the said
School District of the Township of
Kingston for the purpose herein-
after set forth, and having directed
that an election be’ held for the
purpose of obtaining the assent of
the electors thereto;
In pursuance of Section 205, of
the Act of Assembly of June 20,
1941, and the supplements and
amendments thereto, and the said
vote of the Board of School Direc-

Special Election will be held at
the place of holding Primary Elec-
tions in the said Township of King-
