at a special meeting of said school
district on April 16, 1948, establish-
ing an amusement tax on all amuse-
ments in the Township of Lake.
Said resolution will establish a tax
at the rate of one cent (lc) for
each ten cents (10c) or fraction
thereof of the established price
charged the general public, or a
limited select group thereof, for the
privilege of attending or engaging
in any amusement. Said resolu-
tion will establish regulations for
the collecting of the amusement
tax.
