74 and 75, July Term, 1935, issued out
of the Court of Common Pleas of Luz-
erne County, to me directed there will
be exposed to public sale by vendue to |’

House, in the City of Wilkes-Barre,
Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, on Fri-
day,
o’clock Eastern Standard Time or ten
o'clock Daylight Saving Time, in the |

title and interest of the defendants in
and to the following ‘described lots,
pieces or parcels of land, viz:—
THE FIRST THEREOF: All the sur-
face of all that certain lot of land sit- |

twenty-five (25) feet to a corner:
thence north 441% degrees east two
hundred (200) feet to a corner of the
public road aforesaid; thence along
said road south 49 degrees east fifty
(50) feet to the place of beginning.
(2) BEGINNING at a point on the
public road along the bank of Harvey's
Lake and lot No. 3, late of George
W. Engle; thence south 511% degrees
west two hundred (200) feet to line of
land now or late of E. Troxell; thence
south 62 degrees east twelve and one-
half (12%) feet to a corner of lot now
or late of Ellen P. Dilley; thence north
583, degrees east two hundred (200)
feet to a point on the public road afore-
said; thence north 44 degrees west
twenty-five (25) feet to the place of
beginning.
Subject to all reservations and con-
ditions contained in recorded deeds in
line of title.
Being the same premises conveyed
to Etta Jacobs by Bessie Shultz, et al,
by deed recorded in the Recorder's Of-
fice of Luzerne County in Deed Book

Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne
County, to me directed, there will be
exposed to public sale by vendue to the
