north 59 degrees 30 minutes east one
hundred six perches to the beginning,
containing forty-two acres thirty
perches of land, more or less. Except-
ing from the said piece of land Lots

Frantz and heretofore sold.
2. BEGINNING at a stone corner
of land of Estate of T. N. Major and
land of Joseph Skopic; thence along
line of said Major Estate north 27 de-
grees west six hundred eighty feet to
the centre of the public road, from
Huntsville to Lehman; thence along
said road south 82 degrees east six
hundred sixty-six, and 5-10 feet and
south 79 degrees east four hundred
seventy-eight and 5-10 feet to a point
in line of said Skopic’s land; thence
along said Skopic’s land .south 63 de-
grees west nine hundred twenty-three
feet to the beginning, containing seven
