For the last score of years he has been an active practitioner in tor, one term as secretary of the Penn- sylvania School Directors’ Association and has been solicitor for several school boards for a number of years. The borowgl) of West Hazleton and the school district of that town has retained him as attorney for twenty years, while the borough of Conyng- ham, township of Black Creek, has re- tained him for a number of years. Mr. Jones is also attorney for the Hazle- ton Motor Club, which organization he has served in this capacity for over sixteen years, during which time he has led many important movements for improved highways.
