used for lighting and all steam pipes,
radiators, furnaces, flues, heating ap-
paratus, kitchen ranges, bath tubs,
“mantels and appurtenances to any of
the same, all of which shall be re-
garded as a part of the real estate
hereby conveyed and shall not be re-
~ moved but shall pass to the purchaser
at any judicial sale made for the pay-
~ ment of the mortgage debt.

devised to William Hayward, by his
father, William Hayward, Sr, who died
intesteate December 16, 1926, and Will
duly probated and entered in the
Office of the Register of Wills of Lu-
zerne County, in® Will Book No, 48.

In Pittston hospital a daughter. Mrs.
Prynn before marriage was Miss Mil-

Mr. and Mrs. George Knorr and Mr.
and Mrs. Thompson called at the home
of Mrs. Marry Knorr recently.
~~ Friends and relatives were sorry to
hear of the death of Mrs. Elizabeth
Spade, who died on Saturday aftter-
noon at 1:30 at the home of her cousin
Mr. M. J. Hefft of Carverton, of com-
~ plication. Mrs. Spade was 76 years old
and had resided at Carverton for the
last fifteen years. She was a devout
~ member of the Christian church of
Ohio, but was a communicant of Car-
verton M. E. Church, during her resi-
dence here. Deteased was born at Beau-
mont on April 15 1853.
~ Surviving are a son, Edward E. of
Angola, Indiana, and a daughter, Mrs.
