T. Norton, Thomas Dullard and Thomas Smith, the outgoing commis sioners, who paid the sum of 910,400.90 to Architect Myers, of Detroit. Michi gan. for a set of plans for a now court house, have that amount surcharged to them. This money, the auditors state, was paid upon a contract for the erec tion of a court house, which never has and in their opinion, will not materialize and the money which has been paid is a complete loss to the county.
