the limits of the said School Dis-
trict any time between the 25th
day of July, 1949, and the first
Monday of July, 1950.
(a) The second Resolution, the
sum of Twelve ($12.00) Dollars on
each and every pin-ball machine
in operation within the limits of
the Borough of Patton, Pennsyl-
vania, at any time between the
25th day of July, 1949, and the
first Monday of July, 1950.
(b) The sum of Twelve
($12.00) Dollars on each and
every coin-operated music box in
operation within the limits of the

Monday of July, 1950.
The Resolutions will also pro-
vide for the appointment of a
collector of said tax, penalties for
its enforcement and other neces-
sary provisions.
“It is the judgment of the
Board of Directors that the im-
position of the proposed taxes is
necessitated by the increase of
operating expenses of the School

income from existing real estate
and personal taxes. It is estimat-
ed that the approximate amount
of revenue to be derived from
the imposition of the proposed
taxes is. as follows:
The first Resolution to return
a tax of approximately Fifty Dol-
lars ($50.00); the second resolu-
tion to return a tax of approxi-
mately Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($250.00) from (a), Two
