Haberdashery, 21, West Market Street
moved to the park and is occupying
the house, formerly the residence of
Arthur Jarvis
The Morens purchased 45 acres of
real estate, including the swimming
pool, parking field, park proper, the
dancing hall restaurant and concess-
ion buildings. Mr Jarvis had held the
lease to the park and operated it for
the past seven years. Recently on the
expiration of his lease he moved to
New York City.
