This feast is cel- ebrated with great solemnity at the Carmel of Loretto. A solemn Novena in preparation will begin on Saturday, July 8th, and close on Sunday, July 16th. This is a very important Novena and the Carmelites invite all to make it. The intentions will be for all the spiritual and temporal needs of those who unite in prayer with them at this time. Special intentions will be made for the sick and the unemployed. Those requesting it, may have their petitions placed on the altar during the nine days.
