A fierce battle is now raging in Patton and vicinity between high prices and the extremely low

We have met the enemy and they are ours; we have, as it were, got them on the run.
Reinforcements in the way of all sorts of low prices and inducements offered by them arc
apparently of no avail, because the large amount of Good Clothing and Gents Furnishing Goods we
arejselling clearly demonstrates that
WE ARE THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE.
What caused this so-called sudden reduction on Clothing and furnishing goods? Is it because the Bankrupt Clothing Store is
here? Why did not these prices prevail before 7 Was it because the Bankrupt Clothing Store wis not here ? . ¥
Now since we are here and they want to freeze us out, we propose to make it exceedingly warm for them by giving the people of
Patton and vicinity the greatest bargains in Clothing and Gents Furnishing Goods ever heard of before. We herewith numerate a few
of our great bargains, but before we proceed we wish to call your particular attention to the fact that we handle nothing but the best
