ery, for the trial of capital and other often,
ces ia the county of Elk, by their precepts
to me directed, have ordered the aforesaid
named Courts to bo holden at Ridgway, in
and for the county of Elk, on the first Mon
day in August, it being tho 3d day of tho
month, nnd to continue ono week. Notice
is hereby given to the Coroner, Justices of
the Peace, and Constables of the county of
Elk, thai they are by these presents com
manded to be then nnd there in their prop
er persons nt t-n o'clock, A. M., of said
day, with their rolls, records and inpuisi
lions, and other remembrances, to do Ihoie
things which their otliccs appertain to be
