NOTICE IS IIEREBY GIVEN,
that agreeable to t'he tot of Assem
bly, passed the 13thday of March,1815,
entitled " an Aot to amend an Act di
recting the mode of selling unseated
lands for takes, etc." The following
tracts of unseated laod in Elk county,
will be exposed to publio ale or out cry,
for airearages of taxes, at the Court
House in Ridgway, on the 2nd Monday
of June, (being the 11th day,) unless
