Scalloped Cabbage Cut cabbage with a slaw cutter, use a layer of cabbage and one of cracker crumbs (alternately), sprinkle with salt and pepper and butter. Cover with milk and bake one-half hour. Hominy FrltterB To one pint ot hot boiled hominy add two beaten eggs, one-half teaspoon salt, dash of pepper; one-halt cup of milk. When cold, add flour to make a thin batter and one teaspoonful of baking pow der. - Beat and drop in hot tat by small spoonsful. Rhubarb Pie Two cups of rhu barb; pour boiling water over same and let stand five minutes, then pour off and add one cup ot sugar; one tablespoontul of flour; yoke of one egg; three tablespoonfuls of water.
