Mrs. Margarrt Fve Dead.
Mrs. Margaret Hutchison Fye died at
the home of her niece, Mrs. C. C. Chit
tea ter, Thursday morning at one o'clock,
a'tern prui meted Illness covering sever
al months: Ever since last October she
had been suffering from nervous prostra
tion and heart trouble. The best of care
and modioli attention was glve'n her,
but gradually nor strength nbh 'd nway
and t: the watchful friends the end was
not unexpected.
Deceased was the daughter of Mr.

welfare of her aged father and caring
for his declining years. Thirteen years
ago the father departed this life and

Show Appreciation.
If husbands only knew the power of a
little praise where their wives are con
cerned, there would be fewer tragedies.
All work is made sweeter by kindly ap
preciation. It does not cost much to
tell your wife that she look9 pretty in
her new dress, and yet how many of
you fall to notice the dress at all, or
worse still, if you do notice it, It is only
to find fault with the cost of it. Just
try the praise plan for awhile. Give up
fault finding. Why should you speak
to your wife in a tone of voice you
would not dare use toward another
woman? A woman will work cheerful
ly forever if Bhe gets love and apprecia
tion of her efforts. You can't afford to
lose your wife's love, for it is the most
precious of all your possessions. But
even the tenderness and endurance of
the most faithful of women wears out
if it meets with nothing but neglect.
