There is no reasonable excuse for any
man to live in a town if he doesn't like
it. If you have no word of commenda
tion to say for your town, Its institutions
or penple, emigrate. You won't stop
the town clock by going away. Tba
church Dells will have the same musical
ring, the little dogs will play just as
well and the pure air, bright sunshine
and sparkling water will have the same
health giving properties. Speak a good
word for your neighbor if you can ; if
you cannot, don't everlastingly enlarge
on hie fault. If you have become thor
oughly disgruntled move away ; go
somewhere where things will suit you.

THE National Cigar Stands have taken cigars out of the class of expensive
luxuries. They save smokers nearly onc-Jialf their dear money, and eive
them better-made, better-kept and better-quality cigars besides.
Tobacco itself is not immensely expensive. The great cost of cigars has always
been in the wasteful way in which they were sold. No other merchancK.rr: cf zv.zh
common use passed through so many hands and was loaded with so v.; .-: j.ronts
between producer and consumer.
The National plan reduces cost, not by reducing quality, but by cutting f !"f ail the
lost motion " in handling and r.?l unnecessary profits. National Circr Stands' ciorar
come to you straight from the producer.
Just to see what this means in getting quality-for-price, try tho.
