An entirely new style of postal cavd has been placed on sale nt tho postofllces of the country. Above tho words "post al card" Is printed, "tho spaco above Is reserved for postmark.' This space is slightly more than an Inch in width, uf fording room for tho postmark. The greatest fault found with the old card is that the postmark is necessarily stamped over other printed matter nnd in many instances is unintelligible. The presence of a postmark is often tho means of sav ing a postal card from tho dead letter office. In tho left hand upper corner of tho card is the seal of the United States and the stamp bears tho picture of William McKlnlry. Under tho picture tho dates jxi.t and Iliui aro printed, the first being tho date of McKlnloy's birth and tho second of his death. Died In Brookvllle.
