most the entire nail punotrated his foot,
rendering him entirely unable to be

ing, Pa., composed of 200 leading
merchants of that city, has put Itself on
record against all advertising schemes
outside of the columns of newspapers.
The association declares that inasmuch
as "merchants In general have suffered
for yekrs from constantly Increasing so
licitation for advertise menu for hotel
registers, desks, bill boards, clocks,
key boards, charts, programmes, tick
ets, cook books, moving pictures, enun
ciators, curtain advertisements, oil
puintings and pamphlets, the members
pledge themselves that they will not
make use of any such forma of adver
