What does this mean? Does Is mean that the coming moulder of public opinion and expounder of chunks of opinion and thought Is to be a woman und that the press of the future will be controlled by kilts and skirts? Twenty one girls to three boys Is a good sized average and It behooves the boys to get into the editorial harness. Big Run Tribune. People Who Pay the Printer.
