Proper dod notions and allow ances shall be madn by tho said E. A. FeMn, bla successors or assigns, for any light or lights that, do not burn tho required length of time. Said deductions and allowances to be determined for each quarter, before the light hill la paid. Tho aald E. A. Ferrln, his successors or assigns, shall erect said ligtita within six months from this date and have the current ready to turn on within six montha from this date. The said Borough of Reynoldsvllle will keep and maintain the aforesaid number of lights during thu mild term of ton years and for each additional light attached during the said te-m, thn said borough shall not pay more than thu aura herein stipulated to he paid for Arc lights during tho contin uance of thla contract. Section 2. Tho Borough of Reyn oldaville will annually hereafter levy and collect from its inhabitants a tax for the purpose of paying for said Arc lights aa now provided by law. Section 3. Ferrln, his heirs or assigns, shull commence to erect andoonstruut suid railway within one year from the dute of this ordinance and after commencing the ereotion thereof, shall push it to completion as rapidly as posHihlo. The streets ovur which said right of way Is grunted uro as fol lows: Main street, beginning at the borough line on thu west and extending through the borough to tlio burnugh line on the east, and Fourth and Fifth streets from Muln struct south to bor ough line. Ferrln, his heirs or assigns, In constructing suid railway, shall conform to the grade of the street as it now Is or may be here after established and when luld, the tops of the rail shall correspond with the surface of the streets on the proper grade, and no tracks of less gauge than four (4) feet eight and one half (84) inohes shall be laid. Such crossings as may be required or directed by tbe street committee or borough council at street, alley and crossings fur a width of twenty (20) feet shnll be huilt by said E. A. Ferrln, hla successor or assigns, that it posts, supporting Ita trolly lines, shall be located with due regard to the right of private owners of abut ting property and such location shnll be fixed by the said E. Ferrln, his successor or as signs, shall keep tho space of the street within Its rail of the track of said road and for a space of twelve (12) Inches on either side thereof.
