BE IT ORDAINED and enacted by
the town council of the borough of
ueynoldsvlUe, In council assembled,
and it Is hereby ordained by authority
of tho same:
Section l. That tho right of way Is
hereby granted to E. A. Ferrin, his
heirs, successors or assigns to enter
upon the public streets, lanes, alleys
and public squares of the Borough of
Reynoldsvlllu, to erect, maintain and
control poles and wires for the purpose
of carrying and conducting electricity,
for the period of fifty years, through
said streets, lanes, alleys and publlo
squares of tho said borougn of Keyn
oldsvillo as they now exist, or may be
hereafter changed, extended or estab
lished, for the purpose of supplying
electricity to tho citizens and Inhabl
lants of the borough of Roynoldsville,
and for the lighting of the stores,
oflloes, dwelling houses, streets, lanes.
alleys, public squarea and other places
where electric lights may be needed
and desired, and for tho supplying of
eluctrlcliy for motor power, or for heat
to such person or persons as may desire
the samo.
Section 2. Said poles shall be erected
on the streets, lanes, alleys and public
squares at such places and on such lines
as tho Street Committee of the said
borough shall direct, and tho poles
shall lie straight and of sutllclunt
strength to carry nil wires placed there'
on, and shall not be less than twenty'
live feet In height above the streets.
Section 3. Tho said E. A. Ferrin, his
successors or assigns, shall within
ninety days nf"r this Ordinance goes
Into effect, commence to erect such lines
and prosecute said work with reasonablo
diligence until said plant Is completed.
Suction 4. This Ordinance shall uot
go Into effect until tho said E. A. For
rln, bis successors or assigns shall file
tho stipulation acoeutinir tho same with
all its provisions, and agreeing to be
bound thereby. Said acceptance to be
filed within ten days or this ordinance
to be null aud void.
Section 6. That any ordinance or
part of ordinance conflicting with this
