thereby and by tho grudo thereof.
Whereas, tho town council of tho bor
ough of Itcynoldavillo deem It necessary
to open tho extension of Fourth street
In said borough, from Jackson atreot to
tho south borough lino at or noar Sandy
Lick creek, therefore
Seo. 1. Ho it ordained and enacted
by tho town council of the borough
of Kcynnldsvlllo In council assem
bled, and it Is hereby ordained and
enacted by authority of tho same,
that the street committee bo and
is horeby authin-lzed and directed to
cause to bo surveyed and oenod the
extension of Fourth street, from Jack
son street to tho south borough lino at
or near Sandy Lick creek, at a width of
forty (40) feet in accordance with tho ac
companying plan, tho damages caused
thereby and tho damages caused by tho
grade thereof and tho benefit to' nay
