coptance of all tho conditions and pnv

which oertillcnto of acceptance shall bo
executed under the corporate seal of
such Company, duly attested by tho
president Hiid secretary thereof.
See. 2. That in consideration of the
aforesaid grant tho Economic Electric
Light, Heat and Power Company
hereby required to pay into the borough
treasury t he sum of nil cents for each
and every polo, per annum.
Sec. 3. That this permission is grant
ed on the condition that, tho said f.eon

Company have Its plant, work or works
fully completed and In operation In ono
year from tho date of tho approval of
this ordinance, a failure to do so la to be
taken and deemed a full and complete

villo. Whereas, Thomus Green, B. J.
Thomas, Murv Dillman, G. A. Carroll,
F. U. Best, W. H. Lucas, A. F. King
and J. G. Mussur, a majority of tho
resident freehold owners of lots and out
lots or tracts of land udjueent to the
borough of Keynolsville, presented
their petition to the Burgess and Town
Council, at a regular nutating of thu
Baid Town Council, held on tho third
day of January, 18IIN, praying to have
oor till n territory therein described, an
nexed to tho borough of Ueynoldsvllle,
viz: situate In the township of Wins
low, beginning at a point on tho eastern
borough lino in Mabel street, near tho
south-west corner of lands of David
Reynolds und northern lino of Nell
