PLAN OF CONTEST The territory in which The
Citizen circulates will be divided into four districts as de
scribed in "The Rules and Regulations." The candidate
in each district receiving the highest number of votes will
be entitled to this splendid trip. The candidate having
the greatest number of votes in the entire contest, after
the four tours have been awarded, will also be given a
tour. That is, the young lady receiving the highest num
ber of votes in the entire contest has the privilege of
choosing a companion. A coupon will be printed in each
issue, and will entitle the holder to the accompanying
votes when properly filled out. Paid in advance subscrip
tions will be entitled to votes in proportion to the length
of time subscriptions are paid.
PLAN OF NOMINATION Any respectable
woman, married or single, who lives in the
district named, excepting, of course, employes of
THE CITIZEN or any of their immediate families, is eli
gible to compete in the contest. Candidates may nomi
nate themselves, or their friends may nominate them.
Read over the districts, determine which one you are in,
and send in your nomination as early as possible. It
costs nothing to enroll; it costs nothing to win. There
are no strings attached to the offer. It is not necessary
that candidates be subscribers to THE CITIZEN. The
rules of the contest are simple and the work to get votes
is not hard. Get an early start and ask your friends to
help you. They will gladly do so. Begin now.
HOW VOTES WILL BE ISSUED.
There will be two methods of voting. Each issue of
THE CITIZEN will contain a ballot which, when proper
ly filled with the name of any regularly nominated candi
didate, will entitle the candidate to the accompanying
number of votes.
Votes will be issued on paid subscriptions to THE
CITIZEN in proportion to the length of time such sub
scriptions are paid. Candidates are not restricted to their
own territory to secure votes. Votes may be canvassed
anywhere in the contest territory or out of it.
And why not be one of the party? The trip is yours
for the mere reaching out and embracing this wonderful
offer. All you have to do is to enroll and ask your ac
quaintances to help you. They will appreciate and wel
come the opportunity to do so. There is plenty of time,
and the prizes are surely worth the " going after." Your
chances are just as good as anyone else's. The main
qualification to win is " Stick-to-itiveness." You can do
it. GET IN AND WIN.

ate young ladies will be enabled to witness. One continu
ous round of pleasure from the very moment they start
on these grand tours until our happy guests return to
their homes.
