A stabbing affray that almost rosultcd fatally occurred at Lost Creek No. 2 last night through an encounter between two factions of Lithuanians, Tho affray ocouiod at the placo of Gcorgo Thompson, the only licensed saloon in West Mahanoy township. One faction of four men wero at Thompson's placo when tho other faction, comprising of five men who bad imbibed freely at spoak easics, appeared and soon aftor a row started, daring which John Bubnis stabbed Frank Kctchniski in tho right temple, severing two arteries, The victim almost bled to death.
