Fortunately Governor Hastings has

There is comfort in the knowledge so often

in relieving pain in tho back, kidneys, liver,
bladder and every part of the urinary
passage. It corrects inability to hold urine

following use of liquor, wino or beer, and
overcomes that unpleasant necessity of being
compelled to get up many times during the
uight to urinate. The mild and tho extra

realized. It stands the highest for its
wonderful cures of the most distressing cases.

A weak stomach is the cause of about
nine-tenths of all disease, yet in most cases
the wrong thing is treated and the true
cause overlooked.
This is because a weak digestion pro
duces symptoms resembling neady every
disease becuuse it weakens and disturbs the
action of every nerve and organ in the body
poor digestion causes heart trouble, kidney
troubles, lung weakness and especially ncr
vous break dow n or nervous prostration, the
ntrves cannot stund the wear and tear unless
generously fed by well digeslcd, wholesome
food.
Keep the digeition good and uo one need

writes : I'or the sake of suffering humanity
I want to say that from a child I had a very
weak stomach, threw up my foed very often
after eating and after a few years nervous
dyspepsia resulted and for more than twenty
years I have suffered inexpressibly.
1 tried many physicians and advertised
remedies with only, temporary relief for ner
vous dyspepsia and not until I commenced
taking Stuart's Dyspepsia Tablets last Sep
tember, six months ago, have 1 been free
from suflering caused by the condition ol
nervous dyspepsia.
I have recommended Stuart's Dyspepsia
Tablets to many of my fricuds and now
want in a public way to say they are the
safest pleasantest and I believe surest cure
for stomach and nerve troubles. I write my
honest opinion and I will gladly answer any
letter of inquiry at any time and feel that I
am in my small way, helping on a good cause.
Stuart's Dyspepsia Tablets is not a patent
medicine, but they contain only the fruit
salts, digestive acids and peptones necessary
to help the weak stomach to promptly and
thoroughly digest food.
All druggists sell Stuart's Dyspepsia Tab

A Minister's
Trials.
This narrative from a minister is of greatest valuo
to those whose nerves arc unstrung, health shattered
or otherwise ailing. It is particularly appropriate in
this age of active, nctTons, endless labor.
Ve are living too fast. " Fast as light
ning," expresses it, for we talk by elec
tricity, cook by electricity, travel by
electricity and so on.
Its a hurry, hurry, hurry from the cradle
to the grave.
We crowd too much I crowd our work,
crowd our eating, crowd our pleasure,
crowd our sleeping.
A " breaking down of the nervou3 sys
tem" is the way of expressing the result.
It means a depleting of the nerves In
duced by prolonged strain ! overtaxing of
the nervous system; a product of over
hurry and bustle.
It affects all people in all walks of Etc.
It batiks physicians of all schools.
No one knows the horrors of such a
condition better than Rev. I. N. Hc
Cready, of Elkton, Mich. For years he
labored faithfully and well. He was pro
gressive and aggressive; a leader among
men, a deep thinker and a hard worker.
In his zeal, he overworked; overtaxed
liis mental and physical strength.
The outlook was dark, with health shat
tered and recovery apparently hopeless.
Many means for a cure were tried, with
out receiving benefit.
Finally he took Dr. Williams' Pink Pills
for Pale People and was restored to health.
He sayst
"In April, J 896, the physicians said I
must stop preaching or die.
44 1 had overtaxed myself and was suf
fering from a complete breaking down of
my nervous system and a persistent stom
?cl trouble.

later appeared his "Konrad Wallen
rod," a narrative poem describing the
battles of knights of the Teutonic or-

Here, under a thin veil, he represented
the sanguinary passage of arms and
burning hatred thut had characterized
the long feuds of the Russians and
Poles.

THE UP-TO-DATE HAT
Several physicians treated me, but no
permanent benefit was derived.
" Four times I was stricken with nervous
prostration ; twice with gastritis.
"These attacks would throw me into
spasms.
" I could cat neither meat or vegetables.
If my bare feet touched the floor I was
Immediately seized with cramps.
" I was used up; helpless, hopeless.
"I commenced to take Dr. Williams'
Pink Pills for Pale People. One box was
consumed and I felt no better. This dis
couraged me.
"My wife urged me to try the pills
some more, feeling that my life depended
upon the result.
" I continued to take them.
"Since then, and it has been several
months, I have enjoyed life.
" Have preached all summer and held
revival meetings for fifteen weeks.
" I have had no muscular exercise for
years, but recently, have done considerable
hard work in my garden, my muscles
standing this test remarkably well.
"Every Sabbath I preach three times
and now think I am good for another
twenty years, if the Lord wills."
To add weight to his words. Rev. Mc
Creadymade affidavit before J.D.Brookes,
