The alien tax law was decided unconstitutional yesterday by Judge Acheson, of the United States court. The alien tax law directs that all persons, firms and companies shall pay three cents a day for every foreign born, unnaturalized person employed by them. It also directs all persons tr, keep lists of such forelcners and the number of days employed, and de mands a correct account to bo rendered thereof every quarter.
