Receiving no response the tramp fell upon the Hungarian and gave him a heavy blow that rendered him unconscious and when he ro vived a silver watch and gold chain were missing and ids pockets had been rilled of about Vi. As tliu Hungarian revived ho saw the tramp disappearing in tliu direction of Shenandoah. He describes the tramp as be ing a man f medium height and heavy build. The road on which this attack oc cuned has been the scene of at least three similar attacks within a few months past and none of tho guilty parties liavo been brought i to justice.
