from Taylorsvillo went out ou Broad moun
tain to gather berries. Tho former lecamo
separated from her companions, and drove
towards homo for tho purpose of organizing
a searching party. When near homo sho was
assaulted by two men, who took from tho
wagon the berrioB. When her companions
nsicbed homo a party was organized und
search made for Miss (ircisor. she was
found in a dying condition near her homo.

horsemen have no objection to anybody
using tho track for sporting purposes of any
kind, but make a plea in behalf of tho sport
inir fraternity that all owners of truck
wagons should keep on tho outsldo of tho
