dered a verdict finding John Kuch, now

production by Prosecuting Attorney Perry

to his attoruoy, Carroll H. Williams. Aftor

tho lottor was offered and translated. Tho

stamped Philadelphia, March 28, Station
V. and had boon delivered March 29. The
contents read ns follows:
"Mrs. Williams: On Sunday morning
I heard something In tho lower part of my
liouso, and there was Besslo ready to go
away. That mado mo so mad that 1 stran
clod her, and uftor that I did not know
what I should do, and then I burled her in
tho field. Tho littlo ono Is at 514 Callow
hill strcot In board. I am miserable. His
board Is paid for two wcoks. You attend
to him. John Recii."

threats to kill hor. Ho said he was not
nlono In his suspicious, ns neighbors had
heard similar rumors. Ho took a purtlcu

Emll Hoff, at whoso house Heoh spent
tho night after ho is alleged to havo killed
his wife, told of Roch's agitation when ho
came to his homo to ask hlin to caro for
tho baby. Hoch told Holt n story of his

Itech nmilu until Thursday, after the
murder, when ho called and took tho baby
away.
Additional minor testimony was pro
