A riot occurred yesterday at Laudlugvillo resulting from a disputo ns to tho ownership of tho Zuber Shoe Factory at that place, which was sold out about two months ago by tho Shcriif. J. It. Matthews, of New York city, and Albert Grier, of Philadelphia, two of the heaviest creditiors, bought it in, Francis Zubcr and tho Hoard of Trado of Landiugvillc claim that through a technical ity they still own tho property and refused to vacate. Suit was brought to oust Zubcr and las party before a Jttstico of tho Peace, who held Zuber under 6300 ball. Zuber inv mediately brought a similar suit against Montgomery, who was held under $1,000 bail. Tho Montgomery party then sent their agents to Landliigville, who entered the factory, barricaded the doors and nailed up the windows. Tho Zuber party hearing of this brought another suit for forcible entry and detainer. Constables who served tho warrants wero 'denied admittance. They, assisted by Zuber and about a dozen citizens, assaulted tho factory, but wero driven back with bloodshed, but no serious injury was sustained.
