of causing the denth of John H. Hinkle, of
Mt. Carmcl, the particulars of whose death
was noted in these columns jesterday. After
healing the testimony of Dr. N. O. Keirie,
who made tlio post-mortem examination, and
of tho memhurri of tho crow of the sloop.
the jury rendered a verdict that young
Hinkle "canio to his death from natural
causes." It was said the boy had been
brutally kicked and treated by Captain
Parker. Much indignation is expressed at
Oxford, Md.. where the boy was found, and
it would lie imprudent in Captain Parker to

Murray, two of the men who were charged

Thoy were re-arrested at their homes in Lost
Creok No. 2 last night by a constable armed
with a warrant Issued by Justice Johnson at
Glmrdvllle and will bo given 11 hearing
before tho Justice this ovening. Tho victim's
father was not satisfied with the proceedings
hoforo Justice Green and caused tho second
warrant to bo issued.

track. Simmons lost his grip and was thrown
into a creek nearby, sustaining internal
injuries and a dislocation of the shoulder.
Simmons was discovered in the creek by the
trainmen and removed to the depot where
his injuries wore dressed by several local
eounty.
