spectable parentage, who went to Phila

she was admitted Into the institution film
died. Later in the day Ernst A. Wright,
an employee of a plnmber shop, wbs
arrested charged with being the girl's
sedncer. Wright confessed to the charge
and also to having secured the operation
nnd implicates Dr. WillUm C. Green, a
negro physician, as having performed it.
Gre.cn was also arrested last evening.

Fatal Wind Storm nt Norfolk.
Norfolk, Va., July 47. About 4.80
o'clock yesterday afternoon, In a storm, tho
