There was some excitement at tho
Kohinoor colliery yesterday afternoon
on account of an englno house roof break
inc into blaze This engine house la
located close to the new shaft In which
there was a stubborn flro a fow weeks ago
and recollections of tho light made against
the flames at that time stirred tho colliery
employes to great activity when yester
day's blaze broke out.

although the colliery hoso lines wero put
into play almost immediately after the
