Much surprise was occasioned yesterday by the announcement of the death of Wlllism P. Graf. Ho had been ill for some lime, but no one suspected that the fatal moment wss at hand. Graf resided with his mother, Mrs. C. W. Graf, on North Jardin street. Ha returned from Philadelphia shorily before Christmas to recuperate from the eflects of a disease from which he had suffered for about eight years. Klstler was called and worked faith fully over tho patient for several hours, but without success. Death ensued at about 3 o'clock In tho afternoon.
