five minute rule. Whether Mr. Wilson,
who Is to open the debate, enn speak on
Wednesday will depend upon whether the
Hepubllcann insist upon the full reading
of the bill before the debate begins. Mr,
Burrows will reply to Mr. Wilson's argu
ment.
