company enjoined from construct. ug a

Ninth avenues. The plaintiff objected to
the tunnel because ho claimed that it would
interfere with the gas and water pipes; and
also on the ground that there would be
duuger from the electric tunnel. Judge
Bartlett adjourned the case for further
hearing next Wednesday.
