Cruelty to Animal.
Joseph Muskusky was also a lockup
guc9t last night. Last Sunday ho hired a
horso from M. O'Hara to drive to Mahanoy
City. IIo drove tho horso until a lato hour
at night and roturned it to O'llaraina
badly ueod up condition. A warrant for
Muskuiky's arrost was placed in Policeman
Holvey's hand. To avoid arrest tho man
moved his family to a houso in tho First
ward. Ycstorday Uolvoy arrcstod him in
Snuiro Monaehan's office, and whon it
was discovorod that tho houso to which
Muskusky had moved to try and throw tho
polico off his track was owned by tho
'equlro thoro was a general laugh. Mus
kusky was committed to tho Pottsvillo Jail
in default of security.
