on "West Centre street In which Peter
Leary keeps A saloon. Kalor now cdntrols
about fifteen saloons, which form a good
outlet for his brewings. A gentleman who
seomod to know what ho was talking about
stated the other day that if Kaier enjoys
his presont success for anothor year ho will
bavo cleared tho $100,000 his brewery cost
him.

mines find employment on them.
Some Democratic Shenandoah politicians
visited us recently and predicted that
Judgo Pershing will bo renominated. They
also said that he will receive the suppjrt of
all tho Shenandoah delogates. Many of
our Democrats doubtod both statements.
