ger Klntzel died from neglect; that
there was no one to nurse or take
proper care of the patient; that
Klntzel was put in a room where
there were eleven other beds, and left
to tho caro of the psuner inmates.
The resident physlclun did not see
Klntzel Irom Saturday morning, Sep
tember 12, until after his death, al
though he knew that Klntzel needed
special care and attention, but went
away to attend to me patients oi ms

of the hospital, did not seo Klntzel
from 12 o'clock, Bumlay, until alter ins
(Klntzel's) death, and from the evi
dence offered, we find that he gives
very little attention to the people un

Muds Unit Klntzel's wound would not
have been sutllcient to cause his death;
but the authorities neglected to pro
vido proper nurses, aud left the man
to tne mercy oi tne inmates."
