tho other mombers of the committee, and

Tho bill at present beforo tho Legisla
ture is not a radical ono. Its provisions

liable for injuries inflicted by fnlso reports
on tho samo basis ns newspapers and
prlvato individuals, and that tholr ro

his father, Hugh Macdonald, settlod ln
