The photograph of a man named Daniel O'lirieu, a prisoner in the Erie jail, has been identified b) three persons at Franklin, Pa., as that of a man who is suspected ot complicity in the Tobin murder mystery at that place on the nlRlit of March 21. O'Hricu comes from Syracuse, N. Y., and is an ex-convict. His pal, another Avell-kuown crook, was killed by fulling from the third story of a hotel window in this city a couplo of weeks ago.
