discretion betweeu good and evil, she made
a public profession of faith in Christ, and
ever after, up to the day of her departure,
she exemplified an etiliirhtened, deep and

ty of Bedford should have money. She
owes the late Treasurer $1490 87. The
Cuiuuiisi.toners are determined that tliey
w ill not increase the taxes as long us they
can avoid it; they aro equally determined
that the Collectors shall pay up. Writs of
execution wtll be issued at once against all
delinquent collectors of 1854 and previous
years, for balances remaining after the 15th
of March next, and oi. the colleclors of
1855 just a soon as their 15 months have j
