But when people do not call and ask

Let the people know what you have.

STOMACH DISTRESS.
And all Misery from Indigestion
Vanishes Five Minutes Later.
Every family here ought to keep
some Diapepsin in the house, as any
one of you may have an attack of In-
digestion or Stomach trouble at any
time, day or night.
This harmless preparation will di-
gest anything you eat and overcome a
sour stomach five minates afterwards.
If your meals don’t tempt you, or
what little you do eat seems to fill you,
or lays like a lump of lead in your
stomach, or if you have heartburn, that
is a sign of Indigestion.
Ask your Pharmacist for a 50-cent
case of Pape’s Diapepsin and take one
triangle after supper tonight. There
will be no sour risings, no belching of
undigested food mixed with acid, no
stomach gas or heartburn, fullness or
heavy feeling in the stomach, Nausea,
Debilitating Headaches, Dizziness or
Intestinal griping. This will all go,
and, besides, there will be no sour food
left over in the stomach to poison your
breath with nauseous odors.
Pape’s Diapepsin is a certain cure
for all stomach misery, because it will
take hold of your food and digest it
just the same as if your stomach
wasn’t there.
Actual, prompt relief for all your
stomach misery is at your Pharmacist’s,
waiting for you.
These large 50-cent cases contain
more than sufficient to cure a case of
Dyspepsia or Indigestion.

NEAR DEATH IN BIG POND.
It was a thrilling experience to Mrs.
Ida Soper to face death. “For years a
severe lung trouble gave me intense
suffering,” she writes, “and several
times nearly caused my death. All
remedies failed and doctors said I was
incurable. Then Dr. King’s New Dis-
covery brought quick relief and a cure
so permanent that I have not been
troubled in twelve years.” Mrs. Soper
lives in Big Pond, Pa. It works won-
ders in Coughs and Colds, Sore Lungs,
Hemorrhages, LaGrippe, Asthma
Croup, Whooping Cough and all Bron-
chial affections. 50c. and $1.00. Trial

A Few Contributed Local Items.
Dear Epitor:—Please find spaca in
your valuable paper for these few lines:
W. C. Wagner is digging out a cellar,
It is supposed that he is going to heat
his house with hot air. We all know
“Billy” is too industrious to sit around
and do nothing.
Henry Johnson, who is employed by
John Meager, was taken sick on his
way to work, last Friday, and was com-
pelled to return home. We hear he is
in a serious condition.
Mrs. Frank Fair, of Akron, Ohio is
visiting her mother, Mrs. Hiram Fuller.
of West Salisbury, who is very low:
with rheumatism.
Messrs. Harry Hay and Clyde

expect to go into the poultry busines: ,
Mrs. C. H. Knox is confined to her

Edward Engle, of “Bear Town.”
made sale of some of his household
goods on last Tuesday, and bas moved
to Akron, Ohio.
Willis Shoemaker, of West Salisbury,
is sitting on his house-roof with his hat
on sideways. It’s agirl.
If this escapes the wastebasket, you
may hear from us again.
[By all means come again. Your
items are all interesting and newsy—
just the kind that help to make th-
home paper what it cught to be. We
are always glad to have our readers
report the real news of their respective
neighborhoods, but we do not care for
the kind of idiotic gush that some «f
our exchanges frequently accept and
publish as news, but which in reality is
neither news, wit, wisdom nor common
sense.—Editor.]
