EXCELLENT HEALTH ADVICE.
Mrs. M. M. Davison, of No. 879 Git-|
ford Ave., San Jose, Cal, says: “The |
worth of Electric Bitters as a general |
family remedy, for headache, bilious- |
ness and torpor of the liver and bowels
is so pronounced that I am prompted
to say a word in its favor, for the bene-
fit of those seeking relief from such
afflictions. There is more health for
the digestive organs in a bottle of Elee-
tric Bitters than in any other remedy I
know of.” Sold under guarantee at E.

Baseball News.
On Tuesday the Salisbury baseball
club went to Rockwood and crossed
bats with the Rockwood team. The
Rockwood team was outclassed from
start to finish, but a prejudiced and
unfair umpire gave the game to Rock-
wood by a score of three to one. We
are aware that it is somewhat cus-
tomary for the losing club to blame
defeat on the umpire, whether the um-
pire has been fair or unfair, but the
kick in this case ie a just one, for the
reason that the umpire openly and
brazenly declared that he could not
favor both clubs, which would indicate
that his decisions had been decided on
in advance, and besides, some of the
Rockwooders themselves freely as-
serted that the Salisbury boys were
given a dirty deal.
