To Work Prisonors.
Somerset, Aug. 15.—There is a move-
ment on foot here to give prisoners at
the county jail work. A board has
been organized, and at a recent meet-
ing Josiah Specht and Robert Augus-
tine, both County Commissioners, were
elected respectively President and Sec-
retary of the-Board, and Sheriff W. C
Begley was chosen Superintendent.
