Agreeable to the provisions of an Act of
Assembly of Pennsylvania, directing the
mode of selling unseated lands for taxes,
passed the 13th day of March, A. D., 1815, and
the several supplements thereto, the Treas-
urer of Somersot county hereby gives no-
tice that unless the school, county, build-
ing and road taxes due on the following
unseated lands are paid before the day of
sale, the whole or such part of such tract or
parcel of land as will pay the taxes and
costs will be sold at the Court house in
Somerset Borough, Somerset county, Penn-
sylvania, on
Monday, June 9, 1902, at 10 O'clock A M,
for the arrearage of taxes and cost accrued
thereon.
